The connecting thread in my work as a writer, producer, film editor, and teacher is my joy in creating and distilling material for an audience. The audience may be a book reader, a learner online or in a classroom, or viewer of a video or movie. I love to play with words, pictures, and sounds to entertain, to teach, to guide - to hold an audience. I enjoy finessing words on paper (or screen) and cuts on film (or screen) so they convey their intended meaning fully and exactly for clients and in my own work.
