At our January meeting, we will be asking BAIPA members to vote for members of the Board of Directors, as stated in our ByLaws.
For open seats, we will ask at the January member meeting if people are interested in being on the Board. They can then get their names on the ballot.
To be qualified to put your name on the ballot, you must be a BAIPA member in good standing for at least three months. Volunteer service is preferred but not required.

To attend the Saturday meeting I drove to Novato (fromVallejo) and got as far as the shopping center near our meeting place. It was cordoned of with about 30 police cars. Safeway was evacuated and maybe McDonalds too. It turns out that someone (I hope it wasn’t one of our members) was threatening to blow up the Chevron station. So I turned around and drove home. I was looking forward to the Keyword presentation. Will it be given another time?
