I Never Win Anything

Until now, that is!

At the January 2023 meeting of Napa Valley Writers (a branch of the California Writers Club), I put my name in the hat for a drawing. The prize — a ticket to the all-day Writing for Hollywood Summit at the San Francisco Writers Conference, February 17, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco.

The next day, NVW president Lenore Hirsch (also a BAIPA member) informed me my name was drawn!

For the next month, I’ll be crafting a logline and a treatment for a streaming series based on The DIVORCE SEEKERS — The Intimate Story of a Nevada Divorce Ranch Wrangler cowritten by the late William L. “Bill” McGee with yours truly.

Who else is going?
