What Has Changed Recently at KDP?
with Ruth Schwartz, founder of Wonderlady Books
In this two-hour session, Ruth will talk about some things you may have already heard about, but want to know more. And Maybe there will be some things that are news to you. Either way, there is something for everyone to learn in this workshop.
She will cover:
- KDP’s offering for hardcover editions, including the limits on trim size, page count and what you might think of as a hardcover edition
- What is A+ Content and how to add it to your Amazon sales page.
- Setting up your book series, and where you will see the result
- New(ish) Author Central interface (now Amazon Author Page) and how to navigate your way around
- What’s happening with KDP Customer Service—new Chat feature
- and more!
This workshop WILL NOT be recorded.
About Our Speaker
As the Book Wonderlady, Ruth helps self-publishing authors get clear about the steps needed to turn out a professional book that looks as good as anything coming from a traditional publisher. Ruth helps authors get past the stuck places, getting through the decision-making and design process quickly, birthing their books with ease.
She works with authors to turn finished manuscripts into finished books, complete with professional cover design, interior layout, and ebook editions—all up online and available for sale.
Ruth brings over 50 years of book publishing, design and printing industry experience to every author’s project and has worked on over 150 independently published books since 2012 when print on demand technology enabled the current indie publishing revolution.
