But once the right job-search tools are in place, you’ll develop a plan to go from layoff to payoff by returning to the workforce even better prepared. We’ll not only explore key tactics and strategies for getting back to work but also share our experiences in a supportive and constructive environment.

Trained facilitator and publishing veteran Jim Norrena uses the traditional five-step model of grieving—denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance—to identify strategic steps to help you move from inertia to fruition.
