Andy Hyman Book Signing at SF Vintners Market March 11, 12

February 25, 2017 by Marla Rosner

Author Andy Hyman will be signing his book, Snob Free Wine Tasting Companion, Wine Smart in a Day, Napa & Sonoma Edition, at the WhichWinery booth at the upcoming SF Vintners Market,  March 11 and 12 at Fort Mason. Hyman, as a tour guide for Platypus Tours, has escorted thousands of guests to wineries in Napa and Sonoma and frequently gets five-star ratings on TripAdvisor.  Unlike many books about wine, Hyman says this one is “edutaining” — it’s a quick read, has a light touch and gives readers just what they need to delight in their wine tasting experiences.  Snob Free Wine Tasting Companion is featured at over 80 wineries, hotels, bookstores and retailers in the Napa, Sonoma and greater Bay Area.  (To get discount tickets for the SF Vintners Market, sign on to the WhichWinery on Facebook.)

The book has received awards from the Bay Area Independent Publishers Association and the National Association of Book Entrepreneurs and has been featured in U.S. News and World Report, Sonoma Magazine, The Press Democrat, North Bay Biz, and the Marin Independent Journal.

Hyman has been involved in education issues for 22 years in Marin County as a volunteer and was recently honored with the Golden Bell award for his years of services as a school board member. He has been an entrepreneur, business manager and teacher.
