Bob Heyman, long-time BAIPA member (and member of the BAIPA board) just did an interview on an Internet radio station in the UK that is looking for more writers to interview. For Bob’s interview they had 135,000 listeners. Here is their website (with a form to fill out to schedule an interview): Please come back and post a comment here with any results you get with these folks.

Thanks for the suggestion about the UK radio interview on chat&spinradio.com! I am scheduled to be interviewed by Ian Johnson in a discussion about my memoir From the Summer of Love to the Valley of the Moon, on Saturday, September 25 at 9AM.

One of my favorite things about BAIPA is its culture of generosity, the willingness — even eagerness — to share what we have each learned in the process of bringing stories to life. We provide educational programs, networking, marketing opportunities, encouragement, and information on industry vendors and services. And lots of one-on-one advice and mentoring.

We welcome all who have an interest in making connections within the world of independent publishing and learning more about how to publish and sell their work successfully. Together we are raising the standard of independent publishing and helping our members thrive.

Do join us!
