Stumbling Stone, the novel I wrote with co-author Rudi Raab, has now been translated into German.
Der Stolperstein tells the story of a Jewish reporter who meets a German-born cop whose father was a high-ranking Nazi. Together they uncover secrets of what his family did during World War II. We’re planning a book tour in Germany in April and May 2018 but meanwhile will have to navigate the self-publishing challenge in another country. One of my favorite things about BAIPA is its culture of generosity, the willingness — even eagerness — to share what we have each learned in the process of bringing stories to life.
