From the Publishing Professionals Network Adobe event description:
Adobe PDFs are vital and reliable tools for publishing teams to communicate about text, images, and design using Acrobat’s precise and powerful editing tools. One potential obstacle to communication is reviewers sending unclear instructions due to not knowing how to use Acrobat’s mark-up features. Much like traditional proofreaders’ marks, these tools can indicate insertions, deletions, general notes, and much more! Find out how to unlock the full power of Acrobat and how to guide others to use it for more effective communication. We’ll also discuss the differences between Acrobat Reader (free) and Acrobat Pro.

Thanks to member Peter Goodman who alerted us to the opportunity!

One of my favorite things about BAIPA is its culture of generosity, the willingness — even eagerness — to share what we have each learned in the process of bringing stories to life. We provide educational programs, networking, marketing opportunities, encouragement, and information on industry vendors and services. And lots of one-on-one advice and mentoring.
We welcome all who have an interest in making connections within the world of independent publishing and learning more about how to publish and sell their work successfully. Together we are raising the standard of independent publishing and helping our members thrive.
Do join us!
