A great way to do this is through a “Mastermind Group” focused on Social Media. BAIPA’s first meeting to organize a group will be 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 after the general meeting Saturday, Sept. 13 at the Key Room in Novato.
Mastermind groups, generally speaking, offer brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your skills.
Members of the group challenge each other to set goals and accomplish them and share knowledge and skills. The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to be creative and brainstorm with honesty, respect and compassion.
Mastermind groups evolve according to agreement among the members and typically act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues.

One of my favorite things about BAIPA is its culture of generosity, the willingness — even eagerness — to share what we have each learned in the process of bringing stories to life. We provide educational programs, networking, marketing opportunities, encouragement, and information on industry vendors and services. And lots of one-on-one advice and mentoring.

Current BAIPA members do not need to register for our monthly meetings. The night before the meetings, they will receive the Zoom info. For workshop registration, members can buy a member ticket and will receive the Zoom info the night before the meetings, as well as in the confirmation email.
