Like our monthly meetings, these events are exclusively on Zoom. The Zoom links will be provided to you via the confirmation email you will get upon completing your registration, as well as via email on the Friday evening before, around 9 PM.
Therefore, all non-members MUST register in advance in order to participate. However, all current BAIPA members will get the Zoom info for this session automatically.
NOTE: We are trying out offering free tickets to current BAIPA members, through April, 2026, and then we will evaluate.

GEO: Your Website Has Two Audiences Now
Most authors already know blog posts and fresh content are what make SEO work. What’s changed is who else is reading that content. When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a book recommendation, the answer comes from somewhere, and right now almost no author website is built to be that source.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll cover how AI search engines actually read and cite content, and what that means in practice: writing an opening that gets pulled as a direct answer, turning headings into the questions people actually type, and why an author bio page is one of the most important pages on a site. We’ll close with a live rewrite of a volunteer’s page, so everyone leaves with a checklist they can apply to their own site that week.
