Two Volunteers Needed for June 1 In-Person BAIPA Meeting

First of all, thank you to Lynn Fraley, Pam Fenner, Judy Baker, Becky Parker Geist, Bob Heyman, Ruth Schwartz, Val Sherer, Eloise Hamann, Tricia Sullivan, Carol Sheldon, Carol Jacobson, and Rose Cordero-Gonzales for volunteering for our first in-person BAIPA gathering of 2024. We are an all-volunteer organization and we could not host this meeting without your help.

We need two more volunteers — a couple folks have had things come up and had to change plans. 

One is getting refreshments. We will reimburse you. There’s a Safeway two minutes north of the meeting space. We’re thinking pastries, bagels and cream cheese, fruit, cut up veggies, cookies, cheese and crackers. (Coffee and tea will be provided by the venue, as will lunch.)

The other is mic runner for the Q and A — carrying the mic to whoever is asking or answering questions, so those folks in the meeting room as well as on zoom can hear everything.
