I just came across this updated article from Reedsy, with detailed instructions for indie authors and how they can get their books set up in Google Play. It is certainly comparable to what you need to do with Amazon and Draft2Digital, with maybe a lot more opportunities. Please take a look and post your thoughts as comments.
