My haiku that appears in Modern Haiku, Vol. 48.1 Winter-Spring 2017.

I will be reading from my memoirs, Falling Up The Stairs, and Moving Out Of The Frame, at Why There Are Words, Studio 333, 333 Caledonia, Sausalito on Thursday, April 13, 7 P.M. Save the date.

My newest manuscript is seeking a publisher. The Season of Dying is a 53-page poetry memoir.  The theme was my late husband’s plea for death with dignity when he was in hospice for terminal pancreatic cancer.

Help Wanted at the Gallery

I am looking for a gallery assistant from West Marin or Mill Valley. One day per week to start, Saturday or Sunday is best for me. I need a multitasking ninja who can handle: packing, framing, hanging, photography, and computer support on a Mac, (inventory and communications). The ideal candidate will be good at written and verbal communication. One or more persons may fill the position.
Email me to tell about your qualifications, your interest in art and communication. The Gallery address is 445 Shoreline Hwy, Stinson Beach, CA 94970.

One of my favorite things about BAIPA is its culture of generosity, the willingness — even eagerness — to share what we have each learned in the process of bringing stories to life. We provide educational programs, networking, marketing opportunities, encouragement, and information on industry vendors and services. And lots of one-on-one advice and mentoring.

We welcome all who have an interest in making connections within the world of independent publishing and learning more about how to publish and sell their work successfully. Together we are raising the standard of independent publishing and helping our members thrive.

Do join us!
