Aric Wilmunder is an independent publisher and author based in California and founder of A Well-Regulated Press. His work focuses on historically grounded storytelling, combining primary source research with narrative to bring early American history to life for modern readers. His current project, The Prescott Girls, draws on 19th-century needlework samplers and family histories connected to Maine and the Betsy Ross lineage.
