Writer’s World is Coming — Save the Date (September 8)

May 28, 2018 by Bonnie Monte

Writer's WorldPreparations are well underway for our next Writer’s World on September 8. This year, the event will be at Guzman Hall on the beautiful Dominican campus. Some of our very own BAIPA members will be presenting, and we’re expecting attendees from all over the Bay Area.

These groups are on our list to invite. If you have additional suggestions, let us know!

  • Sisters in Crime Norcal
  • San Francisco Area Romance Writers of America
  • Horror Writers Association, SF Bay Chapter;
  • Fantasy writers (anyone know of a group?)
  • Redwood Writers
  • California Writers Club
  • SF Writers Grotto

We also plan to reach out to schools in the Bay Area that offer writing programs.

  • SF State University
  • Dominican University
  • USF
  • California College of the Arts
  • San Jose State
  • Saint Mary’s

If you have more ideas for outreach, please send them to me.

    In case others need to look it up, as I did, Dominican College is San Rafael, on the bay side of the freeway.
