The San Francisco chapter of the Women’s National Book Association is having their 11th annual Pitch-O-Rama on Saturday, March 29 from 8 a.m to 12:30 p.m. It will be held at the Women’s Building, in the Heart of the Mission, 3543 18th Street between Guerrero and Valencia.
Cost is $65 for WNBA members and $75 for nonmembers. It includes breakfast treats from the Tartine Bakery, a free pre-pitch session, a two-hour one-on-one pitch session with mentoring throughout, and a panel discussion about categorizing women’s fiction. Both genders are welcome, of course!
About a dozen agents will be in attendance, including Michael Larsen, Andy Ross, Elizabeth Pomada, Brooke Warner, Alan Rinzler, and Peter Beren.
Patricia V. Davis will be among the pitch coaches.
