Janice Litvin
is on a mission to help leaders and teams banish burnout in their organizations. She does this through keynotes, workshops & accountability groups. Her book, Banish Burnout Toolkit is a companion to her keynote, Banish Burnout: Move from Stress to Success.

Janice also teaches Zumba Fitness.
She studied exercise kinesiology at Diablo Valley College and Group Exercise certification from AFAA (Athletics & Fitness Association of America). She intends to get everyone healthy by educating and inspiring them to MOVE MORE.
